EMDR therapy

For clients who have experienced trauma, I offer EMDR therapy as part of a personalized treatment plan. In the first sessions, we’ll determine if it’s the right approach for you.

What is EMDR?

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a research-backed therapy that helps the brain process traumatic memories. Using bilateral stimulation (often eye movements), it reduces the intensity of distressing memories and allows natural healing to resume.

Who can benefit?

EMDR can help adults with PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic pain, addictions, and past abuse. Even if your experience isn’t listed, EMDR may help release patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you.
