Ketamine assisted psychotherapy

Supportive therapy for individuals wanting to begin the unique journey of using ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, who want guidance, reflection, and emotional support while navigating their healing journey.

Support while navigating your ketamine journey

I am a Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapist trained by Journey Clinical and truly believe in the healing power of ketamine. I have also made sure to go through my own ketamine journey to have a better understanding of what my clients will experience. This personal and professional insight allows me to effectively support individuals seeking ketamine therapy and guide them through each stage of the process with care and clarity. These sessions take place virtually and are aimed at helping you reflect on the emotional, psychological, and personal insights that may be experienced during your course of treatment.

Sometimes, ketamine opens the door to powerful thoughts, memories, or even feelings. Therapy is a space to explore those experiences gently and bring what they may mean for your path of recovery.

How I help my clients

Ketamine experiences can surface complex thoughts and emotions that are difficult to process alone, particularly for those with deep-rooted trauma. The medicine induces a state of neuroplasticity, allowing the brain to form healthier neural pathways and new perspectives. Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy capitalizes on this unique “integration window”—typically 24 to 72 hours post-session—to help you solidify these positive mental shifts.

My role is to give you a stable and caring environment in which you can discuss unique visuals, insights, and journaling that may help you get unstuck from lifelong negative beliefs. Depending on your level of progress, continued therapy can also be a valuable option. Working with a therapist helps give a psychedelic experience structure that would otherwise not be there when going through it alone.
