Grief and Loss Counseling
Supportive therapy for individuals navigating grief after the loss of a loved one, miscarriage,
or the loss of a wanted pregnancy, offering a compassionate space to process complex emotions.

Gentle support through difficult loss
Grief can show up in numerous ways, and certain losses carry layers of emotions that are hard to articulate. Whether you are grieving the sudden death of a family member or the loss of a pregnancy you deeply hoped for, these experiences can touch every aspect of your life.
It can seem as if there is a lot of pressure on you to move on or even minimize their emotions, especially when others around you may not completely comprehend the depth of the loss. Therapy provides the space in which your sorrow is treated with patience and sensitivity.
You do not have to navigate these emotions alone. Grief counseling can help you cope with the loss and pain and slowly learn how to carry your memories and experiences with more knowledge and compassion.

Does this sound familiar?
People often seek grief counseling when they are carrying emotions that feel difficult to process on their own.
- Feeling overwhelmed while coping with a pregnancy loss
- Struggling with sadness, anger, or confusion after a loss
- Feeling isolated or misunderstood in your grief
- Wanting a safe place to talk about the complicated nature of your relationship and how that impacts how you grieve.
- Experiencing a disenfranchised grief where society has deemed your loss unimportant or invalid.

Why grief counseling can help?
Grief does not follow a clear timeline, and every individual experiences it differently. Counseling can help create a safe environment in which you can process your emotions, reflect on your loss and take your time to get through grief.
